1) The Appellant, The Travelers Indemnity Company ("Travelers") has petitioned the Court to accept an interlocutory appeal pursuant to Supreme Court Rule 42 from a Superior Court order dated September 10, 1990 and an order dated December 4, 1990 which revised and modified the September 10, 1990 order. The trial court essentially found in the two orders that Travelers violated the Delaware Rules of Professional Conduct when certain investigators acting on its behalf affirmatively misled former Monsanto Company employees in connection with the underlying litigation in this case currently pending before the Superior Court.
